Co-Founder & President
Nikolas Schlosser is the President of Trinary Development, a master-planned community development company dedicated to building sustainable, high-impact neighborhoods across South Texas and beyond. With more than a decade of experience in real estate and public infrastructure, he brings strategic vision, operational expertise, and a builder’s mindset to every project he leads.
Nikolas is also the CEO of Terra Tech Solar, a renewable energy firm serving the commercial and industrial real estate sector. Under his leadership, Terra Tech has delivered more than 134 MW of solar and storage projects with a combined value exceeding $300 million across multiple states.
In 2025, Nikolas was featured in BCM, an international business magazine, where he was recognized as South Texas Deal Maker of the Year—a testament to his leadership, execution, and impact within the region’s growing development and renewable energy sectors.
A decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, Nikolas served as a Staff Sergeant and was honored for excellence in leadership and mission performance. He is a registered Professional Surveyor through the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying. His work reflects a commitment to innovation, stewardship, and building communities that stand the test of time.
Evan Homovec
Co-Founder & Vice President of Finance
Evan Homovec is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Finance at Trinary Development, where he leads financial planning, capital structuring, and strategic investment initiatives. With a strong background in public finance and land development, Evan helps shape the company’s long-term growth and financial vision.
He previously served as a strategy consultant for Accenture’s Commercial Banking group and as Director of Strategy for Pagaya’s Capital Markets and Risk division, where he developed complex financial models and scalable capital solutions.
Evan also serves as CFO of Terra Tech Solar, overseeing financial operations for a renewable energy pipeline valued at over $300 million. His work reflects a commitment to financial innovation, sustainable infrastructure, and long-term value across both the real estate and energy sectors. He holds a B.A. in Economics and International Finance from DePauw University.
Timothy Fish, PE, RPLS, MBA
Co-Founder & Vice President of Land Development
Timothy Fish is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Land Development at Trinary Development, where he leads engineering, surveying, and technical execution across all projects. With over 37 years of experience, Timothy has overseen thousands of development projects nationwide, bringing unmatched expertise to Trinary’s planning and delivery.
He is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Registered Professional Land Surveyor (R.P.L.S.) in Texas, and holds 46 engineering and 44 surveying licenses across the U.S. — enabling him to guide complex, multi-jurisdictional developments with precision.
Timothy’s dual-discipline background has made him a trusted leader in infrastructure, residential, commercial, and energy projects. His mastery of entitlement, permitting, and code compliance helps Trinary mitigate risk and accelerate timelines at every phase.
He holds degrees in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, and an MBA, combining technical depth with business insight to ensure every project is delivered with accuracy, accountability, and lasting value.
